On 1st September, Mölnlycke Health Care is launching a new range of Tubifast™ Gloves with 2-Way Stretch™ Technology. Mölnlycke is launching the new style gloves as a direct result of clinical feedback received from Dermatology Nurse Specialists. The new gloves will be available on Drug Tariff and via the NHS Supply Chain.
Tubifast Gloves with 2-Way Stretch Technology are lightweight, ready-to-wear gloves for use in wet or dry wrapping and for dressing retention. The 2-Way Stretch Technology means the Gloves have multidirectional stretch, which allows greater freedom of movement and comfort. Other benefits of the Gloves include: No need for pins, tapes or ties1; seamless to help prevent irritation; freedom of movement for fingers and thumbs and extended cuffs to cover wrists.
Tubifast Gloves with 2-Way Stretch Technology are available in four sizes and will replace the current Tubifast Gloves, which will be discontinued in the Drug Tariff from 30th November 2010. The new Tubifast Gloves with 2-Way Stretch will be available in four sizes: Extra Small Child; Child Small; Medium-Large Child/Small Adult and Medium-Large Adult. The new range will cater for a wider range of hand sizes.
