Slinky is made from nylon and viscose, and is available in three widths, for use in different applications.

Slinky bandages have remarkable properties of stretch and conformability, far superior to those of conventional retention bandages. As a result, they can be used to retain dressings, even on difficult areas such as the hand. In addition, these bandages are light enough to be worn with shoes or under normal clothing, which encourages patient mobility during recovery.
