Not all wound contact layers can be safely used under negative pressure wound treatment.

At Mölnlycke Health Care we take patient safety seriously that is why both our Mepitel® and Mepitel® One contact layers are indicated for use in conjunction with Avance® or other NPWT system2,3.

This application is also backed up by extensive medical evidence, demonstrating the effectiveness of our wound contact layers in more than 140 patients receiving NPWT 4-11.

To check whether your contact layer is indicated for use under NPWT, read the instructions for use leaflet which comes within the packaging.
